FBC Event/Facilities Form

If you desire to host an event at First Baptist, please fill out the form below at least four weeks prior to your event. (Please note: Filling out this form does not guarantee that your event will be approved.) We will be in contact with you within one week of submission to let you know if your request has been approved and/or to solidify any additional details.
